VIDEO: Tie A Yellow Ribbon
TIE A YELLOW RIBBON won the Best Narrative Feature at the URBAN WORLD FILM FESTIVAL, the film’s Director, Joy Dietrich, won the Director Prize at CineVegas Film Festival, and it was nominated for Best Narrative Feature Film at the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival 2007. The feature-length narrative film gives a rare view into the emotionally complex interior of young Asian American women, featuring a Korean adoptee who needs to come to terms with her damaged past. The film will be screened at the Asian American International Film Festival in New York at the Asia Society Museum on Friday, July 27 – 9:15pm (tix). Watch a clip….
